What’s the 1st thing I do when walking onto an airplane?

One of the questions I get is, what’s the first thing I do when I get on the airplane? Before I am even on the airplane while I’m walking down the causeway  and before I go inside the airplane. I will touch right outside the door on the outside of the airplane. It’s just something I do. It just touch the plane with my hand and it lets me feel grounded with the airplane. It’s not even the superstitious thing just something I’ve picked up from one of my good friends, Doug, when we used to travel around.
