About EWT Tours
EWT Tours (“Extraordinary World Travels”) is a small-group escorted travel company. We curate, organize, and lead travel experiences in partnership with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and ground operators around the world.
Booking and Payment
Detailed booking terms — including deposits, final payment dates, cancellation timelines, and refund policies — are outlined in our Booking Policy. Please review carefully before reserving any trip.
Pricing
All prices on this website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change until you have a confirmed booking with deposit paid. Final pricing depends on:
- Departure date and season
- Stateroom or accommodation category
- Single, double, or shared occupancy
- Currency exchange rates and supplier costs at time of booking
Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
Each tour page lists what is included in the tour price and what is not. Items typically NOT included unless explicitly stated: international flights, travel insurance, optional excursions, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, visa fees, and personal expenses.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all EWT Tours trips. Insurance protects you from unexpected events including medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and travel disruptions. We can recommend reputable insurance providers but do not sell insurance directly.
Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, any required visas, and meet all health and vaccination requirements for destinations on their itinerary. We provide guidance but cannot be held liable for entry denials due to missing documents.
Group Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
EWT Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove a guest from a tour for behavior that endangers, harasses, or significantly disrupts other guests, the guide, or partners. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Liability
EWT Tours acts as a coordinator between travelers and tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, and other suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of these third-party suppliers. Specific liability terms for each supplier (e.g., Princess Cruises) are outlined in their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EWT Tours’ total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tour.
Force Majeure
EWT Tours is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, supplier bankruptcy, or transportation disruptions. We will work in good faith to reschedule or refund where possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on ewttours.com — including text, photos, logos, itineraries, and design — is owned by EWT Tours or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indianapolis, Indiana.
